Lumenyx stands behind the quality of our products. All Lumenyx LED skincare devices are covered by a limited warranty to protect against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Lumenyx LED Face Mask — 1-Year Limited Warranty

Your Lumenyx LED Face Mask is covered by a 1-year limited warranty beginning on the original date of purchase.

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from lumenyx.com or from authorized Lumenyx retailers.

What’s Covered

This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal, intended use, including:

  • Internal electronic components and circuitry

  • LED light arrays

  • Power supply and adapters

  • Control systems

  • Structural components and housing

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, drops, or misuse

  • Water or liquid damage

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

  • Damage caused by improper voltage, power surges, or use of non-approved power adapters

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim:

  1. Contact Lumenyx Customer Support

  2. Provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue

  3. Photos or videos may be requested for assessment

  4. If approved, the product will be repaired or replaced at our discretion

Refunds may be issued only if repair or replacement is not feasible.

Important Information

  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims

  • Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser

  • Replacement products do not restart or extend the original warranty period
