General Safety Information

  • The Lumenyx LED Face Mask uses low-level LED light, not laser technology

  • The device does not generate heat and does not break the skin

  • Designed for cosmetic and skincare use only

This product is intended to support the appearance of healthy-looking skin.

Who Should NOT Use LED Light Therapy

Please consult a healthcare professional before use if you:

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding

  • Have a known photosensitivity or light sensitivity condition

  • Are taking medications that increase sensitivity to light

  • Have a history of seizures triggered by light

  • Have active skin infections, open wounds, or severe skin conditions

If you experience discomfort or irritation, discontinue use immediately.

Recommended Usage Guidelines

Session Length

  • Recommended session time: 10–20 minutes per session

  • Do not exceed the recommended time

Frequency

  • Use 3–5 times per week

  • Daily use is not required for effectiveness

Consistency is more important than longer or more frequent sessions.

How to Use the Lumenyx LED Face Mask

  1. Start with a clean, dry face

  2. Place the mask comfortably on your face

  3. Select your desired LED mode

  4. Relax during the session

  5. Remove the mask when the session ends

You may apply skincare products after your LED session.

Eye Safety

  • Always keep your eyes closed during use

  • Do not stare directly into the LED lights

  • Do not use the device if eye discomfort occurs

Cleaning & Care Instructions

  • Clean the mask after each use

  • Use a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth

  • Do not submerge the device in water

  • Do not use harsh chemicals or alcohol-based cleaners

Allow the device to dry completely before storing.

Power & Electrical Safety

  • Use only the power adapter provided with the device

  • Ensure voltage compatibility before plugging in

  • Do not use the device if the power cord is damaged

  • Do not use near water or in damp environments

Storage Instructions

  • Store in a cool, dry place

  • Keep away from direct sunlight

  • Keep out of reach of children

  • Avoid placing heavy objects on the mask
